Educational materials for kids.

Location Yaounde, Cameroon

The Cameroon Association for the Protection and Education of the Child (CAPEC) has a school for orphans and children from low income families. And because the school teaches well, most of the middle class parents around the vicinity has thought it necessary to bring their children to the school for quality and affordable education. Thus the pupils are divided into three categories, namely; rphans, some have lost both parents and others have lost a single parent, children from large homes of 12 or 10 kids and their parents cannot afford to send them to school, and children from

3. Children from middle class families.

All CAPEC Projects are done and focus in their the school, except during holidays where volunteers may be sent to the orphanage or handicapped centre to help the kids there.

The school is divided into three sections> Pre-Nursery class(2yrs – 3yrs), Nursery (3yrs – 4yrs) and Primary (4yrs to 12yrs). There is a total of 8 classrooms.

Educational materials like text and exercise books, pen, pencils, colour pencils and school bags.

At the Nkolfoulou junction, one can take a moto bike  to our project. Tell the driver you are going to Bitama Lucia School. They will bring you here.
